Weekly Hours: $20-$60/ hour depending on experience + commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receives, and distributes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail. (UPS, FEDEX, USPS)
- Answers multi line telephone, provides information, takes and relays messages
- Online Orders: process orders, create shipping labels, and update tracking status
- Create shipping labels
- Communicate with sales team on order updates
- Greets visitors in a friendly professional manner, figures out what they need, assists and or directs visitors to appropriate person.
- Timely replies to customers via phone and email regarding customer order status, product questions
- Provide support to all areas of the Operations departments
Job requirement:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
